I hereby apply for membership in ASIS International Benelux chapter and have read and understand the qualifications of membership, application fees, and dues payment requirements.

I agree to abide by the ASIS International Benelux chapter bylaws and code of ethics, and agree to promote its objectives.

The annual membership fee of the ASIS International Benelux Chapter is € 135, -. If I am accepted as a member of the Benelux Chapter, I will automatically become a member of ASIS International. This membership costs US$ 245 per year (plus a one-time US$20 application fee).

Students that actively pursue a full-time security-related degree can obtain a Student Membership at a cost of US$ 20 per year with ASIS International. The Chapter membership for students is free of costs.
